Danny Abir is the managing partner of Abir Cohen Treyzon Salo, LLP.  Abir Cohen Treyzon Salo, LLP. represents clients in the areas of property claim disputes, insurance bad faith, construction defect, catastrophic personal injury, product liability, civil rights, as well as complex business litigation. Prior to being a founding partner at Abir Cohen Treyzon Salo, LLP, Danny was the managing partner of Alexander Cohen & Associates, one of the largest property insurance bad faith practices in California.  Danny has several sought-after legal articles published, including the F.S.I.A.: The Right to a Jury Trial in Suits Against Foreign Government Owned Corporations, published in the Stanford Journal of International Law, and, Suing a Foreign Government: A Note on Siderman v. The Republic of Argentina, published in the Whittier Law Review.  Danny is a member of the California State Bar, the United States District Court, the Central District of California, and the United States Court of Appeals for the Ninth Circuit. He is also a member and on the board of governors of Consumer Attorneys of California (CAOC). In addition, he is a member of Consumer Attorneys of Los Angeles (CAALA), and The American Association of Justice (AAJ).

Danny received his Juris Doctor in 1994 from Whittier Law School, where he was an editor with the Whittier Law Review. After obtaining his law degree, Danny attended Georgetown University Law Center and New York University Law School, where he obtained LL.M. degrees in International Law (1995) and Taxation (1999), respectively. Danny obtained his Bachelor of Science Degree in Finance from the University of Southern California in 1989.

Boris Treyzon, Esq. is one of the founding partners of Abir Cohen Treyzon Salo, LLP. Mr. Treyzon has had a number of multi-million dollar verdicts and settlements. He has also successfully defended several cases involving business and contractual disputes.

Prior to helping found Abir Cohen Treyzon Salo, LLP, Mr. Treyzon was a founding partner of Treyzon & Associates, where he focused on civil litigation, catastrophic personal injury, insurance bad faith and business litigation. He began his legal career in 1998, as a Founding Partner at Treyzon & Blank.  Mr. Treyzon received his Juris Doctor in 1997 from University of La Verne School of Law and is admitted to practice in State Courts of the State of California, as well as US District Court. He is an active member of Consumer Attorneys of Los Angeles (CAALA), Consumer Attorneys of California (CAOC), American Association for Justice (AAJ), as well as Public Justice.
