A Primer on Cost-Effective Focus Groups

with Greg Johnson and Jody Moore

Lawyers believe focus groups are complicated, expensive, and impossible to do on your own. They think focus groups are only for potentially large cases. Greg Johnson and Jody Moore will discuss how to set up, conduct, and analyze your own focus group.

The Masters:

Gregory L. Johnson graduated from Pepperdine University School of Law in 1995.  After working for several years at a large firm in downtown Los Angeles, Mr. Johnson opened his practice in March of 2000 dedicated exclusively to meeting the needs of consumers.

Though recognized for his trial expertise in Elder Abuse litigation, Mr. Johnson has also tried cases in the areas of Wrongful Death, Medical Malpractice, Fraud, Breach of Contract, Products Liability, Unfair Business Practices, Automobile Accidents, Constructive Trust, Accounting, and Quiet Title.

Jody C. Moore primarily litigates cases involving claims of elder abuse and neglect in a nursing home or residential care facility setting, wrongful death, medical malpractice and other catastrophic personal injury cases.

Ms. Moore is dedicated to improving community safety through legal advocacy. Ms. Moore is also an Elder Justice Advocate, pledging a percentage of her elder care cases to a Nursing Home advocacy group in California, which works to improve the lives of residents in long term care facilities in California.
